Rehabilitating Darrick
"Line up," yelled youth supervisor Eric Sulliven at Darrick and the other residents after eating dinner. All of the residents in the facility are boys who have commit a felony and are between the age of 12 and 18. Darrick, 13, is currently the second youngest resident.
